Andrew hosted a cookout at his house for the transition of officers and for a (probably final) hurrah before the school year ends. Everybody brought food to share so we had a plethora of great choices such as mac & cheese, BBQ, homemade grilled pizzas, potato salad, spanakopita, brownies, salads, corn and spinach, trifle, and the list goes on. Everything was delicious! After eating we had the transition of officers then started playing the board game 'Bang!'. It was a great night and a lot of fun.
Some of our KE brothers went to the boys and girls club for a pediatric health fair this past Thursday. We performed six puppet shows over the course of two hours presenting to the kids on poison prevention.
The Pharmal was hosted on April 11 at Piccadilly's Pub on the pedestrian mall with a pretty good turnout of pharmacy school students. Most of KE started off the party with some fun times on the walking mall full of pictures, laughs, and ice cream. Since the theme of Pharmal this year was Kentucky Derby, the ladies made beautiful bonnets while the guys dressed up in bright colors. We did have Will represent us as a very talented jockey (he even had a riding whip along for the ride). We had dinner, chatted, and danced the night away, with our own Jeff Spalding nearly always on the dance floor showing off his moves.
