National Projects
The Kappa Epsilon fraternity has two national projects: breast cancer awareness and ovarian cancer awareness.
"Collegiate and alumni chapters and colonies are encouraged to develop and participate in one or both or these programs during each year. Chapters with exceptional programs are recognized at the Kappa Epsilon National Convention held during odd-numbered years. The National Projects Committee coordinates the distribution of information on these projects to all chapters."

How Our chapter Gets Involved
Breast Cancer: To raise awareness for breast cancer, every year in conjunction with Relay for Life, KE hosts a survivor dinner. Cancer survivors, along with their care takers, loved ones, and friends are invited to a dinner to celebrate life and hope. It's always a fun affair. We also raise funds for breast cancer research by hosting Bowling for Boobs at Northside Lanes and Cocktail for a Cure each year at varying restaurants in the area. Profits from both events go directly towards either the dinner or the Young Survival Coalition. We hope you can come out and support us at these events!
Chapter Projects:
PharmCORP: Our brothers like to support the pursuit of science education in young minds. We give presentations to high school students about pharmacy as a career and what courses you need to take in order to become a pharmacist.
Poison Prevention Puppet Shows: a chapter project
The alpha chi chapter goes out into the community and performs puppet shows for kids about poison prevention. During the skit we talk about household products that are not safe to eat or drink and what kids should do when they are unsure whether a product is safe.
